Cancellation and Refund Policy for ZesterCold Projects

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all projects created by or associated with ZesterCold, including current and future projects (“Projects”). By using our Projects, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using our Projects.
Cancellation of Services: 1.1. Users may cancel their subscription or service with ZesterCold at any time. Cancellation requests can be submitted through the designated cancellation process provided by ZesterCold. 1.2. Upon cancellation, users will have access to the services until the end of their current billing period.
Refunds: 2.1. ZesterCold does not provide refunds unless there is a significant issue with the product or the product does not perform up to the expected standards. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to evaluation by ZesterCold. 2.2. ZesterCold may, at its discretion, offer a refund or credit for services that do not meet the stated specifications or fail to deliver as promised.
Free Trial: 3.1. ZesterCold may offer a free trial period for certain services. During the free trial, users can evaluate the services and make an informed decision before making a purchase. 3.2. Users are encouraged to utilize the free trial period to assess the suitability and performance of the services for their needs. No refunds will be provided for charges incurred after the free trial period ends.
Modification of Services and Pricing: 4.1. ZesterCold reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or plan at any time without prior notice. 4.2. ZesterCold may change the pricing of its services or introduce new pricing plans. Any changes to pricing will not affect existing subscriptions until the next billing cycle.
